Scope

The scope encompasses a one-off supply and delivery of thirty (30) units of disposable Neo-Puff T-piece circuits. The contract is strictly limited to the provision and transportation of goods to Estcourt Hospital in the KwaZulu-Natal province. Pricing must be firm and valid for ninety days, with all delivery costs included. No installation, commissioning, training, or maintenance services are required. The evaluation follows a rigid five-stage process where non-compliance at any stage results in immediate disqualification.

Technical Requirements

• Risk Management: Bidders with a documented history of failing to deliver awarded orders without acceptable justification will be classified as defaulters and excluded from evaluation.
