Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver professional fumigation and targeted eradication services for termites, rodents, and red ants at the South African Police Service (SAPS) facility in Weenen. Scope

The scope covers comprehensive pest management operations at the designated SAPS Weenen premises. Technical Requirements

• Submission of a fully completed SBD3.1 Pricing Schedule outlining all cost components for the service.
• Provision of a valid, certified copy of a Pest Control Operator’s Certificate issued by the Department of Agriculture.
• Demonstration of relevant experience through documentary evidence of at least one similar project completed within the preceding five years. The project must have had a contract value between R25,000 and R50,000 or higher.
• Submission of an award letter, purchase order, or completion certificate for the referenced project, accompanied by a contactable reference for verification purposes.
• Compliance with the pre-qualification evaluation criteria referenced as PA-03 (EC) in the official bid documentation.
