Skills and Qualification Requirements

• Active registration and successful verification on the National Treasury Central Suppliers Database (CSD).
• Current CIPC business registration documents.
• B-BBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit (mandatory for Exempt Micro Enterprises and Qualifying Small Enterprises).
• Valid tax clearance status, with provision of a SARS PIN if automated CSD validation fails.
• Proven operational capacity to fulfill orders within the four-week delivery window without a record of unexcused supply defaults.
• Ability to compile and submit required preferential procurement documentation to claim socio-economic goal points.

• 24-up layout (3 across, 8 down): Industry terminology for label sheets where each sheet contains 24 separate labels organized in a grid of three columns and eight rows.
• No borders: Each individual label must be printed without surrounding outlines or separator lines.
• 80/20 Preference Point System: A South African public procurement scoring framework where 80 points are awarded based on competitive pricing and 20 points are allocated for designated transformation goals. For this tender, the 20 points are reserved for enterprises with at least 51% ownership by Black South African females.
• Sample Submission Requirement: After initial scoring, the top three bidders will be formally requested to submit physical product samples. These samples undergo independent verification against technical specifications before final contract award.
