TENDERS FOR APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PAVED ACCESS ROAD AT MAKWELENG FPSU
UNDER MOSES KOTANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, BOJANALA DISTRICT, NORTH WEST PROVINCE
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 6CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are registered with CIDB for Category 6CE OR higher
Only tenderers who adhere to the below mentioned requirements will be regarded as being responsive.
1. Attendance of the Compulsory Tender Clarification meeting as stipulated.
2. Form of Offer must be fully completed and signed by duly authorised person.
3.Tampering with or taking apart the bound document is strictly prohibited.
4. Corrections in terms of price must not be made by means of a correction fluid such as Tipp-Ex or similar product.
5. In the event of mistakes having been made on prices inclusive of VAT on the FORM OF OFFER it must be crossed out in ink at each
and every price alteration and be accompanied by an initial at each and every price alteration
6. Letter of authorisation to sign the Form of Offer and where required in tender document.
7. Letter of good standing from Department of Labour (COIDA)
are eligible to submit tenders.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R250.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
A non-refundable bid fee of R250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rands) per set of documents, is payable by cash ONLY.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Makweleng FPSU GPS Co-ordinates:
25°10'11.2"S and 26°44'28.2"E on 31 January 2024 starting at 11h00.

The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
