DEVELOPMENT BANK OF SOUTHERN AFRICA DBSA INVITES TENDERS FOR APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR FOR THE
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF BUILDINGS AT HTS WELKOM TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL ON BEHALF OF FREE STATE
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (FSDOE)
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who -Attendance of Compulsory Online (Microsoft Teams) Tender Briefing,
-Tenderer must have successfully completed a minimum of 2 Projects of similar building projects nature in the last 10 years, each with
a value greater than R20m.
• Only a letter of appointment on the client’s letterhead, showing the appointment value and subsequent a Completion Certificate or
Completion letter of the project executed successfully for the same project will be accepted (Reference letters, payment certificate, and
Purchase orders will not be accepted).
Only tenderers who Valid & Active CIDB Contractor grading designation of RFP - 7GB or higher. are eligible to submit tenders.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Online Via Microsoft Teams on 03 April 2024
starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 16h45 on Monday, April 15, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
