STATE SECURITY AGENCY INVITES TENDERS FOR A COMPLETE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCES, REPAIR,
REPLACEMENT AND
INSTALLATION SERVICE OF GENERATORS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 5EB or 5ME or higher. 4EB or 4ME Potentially Emerging
Enterprises who satisfy criteria stated in the Tender Data may submit Tender offers.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Grade 5 ME / 5EP / 5 EB or combination.
Only tenderers who a) Minimum CIDB rating: Grade 5 ME / 5EP / 5 EB or combination.
(b) Proof of registration with professional body/bodies e.g. South African Institute of Electrical Engineers SAIEF, ECSA registration
Electrical Contractors Board.
(c) Proof of applicable membership of related technical governing bodies.
(d) Proof of membership of applicable Institutes, compulsory or voluntary membership are eligible to submit tenders.
Only South African Citizens are allowed to the premises, for those that will be attending the COMPULSORY briefing session on the 18
April 2024 please forward a copy of your ID not later than Friday, 12 April 2024 end of business.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at 1 Joe Nhlanhla Street 377-JR, R50 Delmas
Road, Rietvlei Pretoria on 18 April 2024 starting at 13h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
