ESAYIDI TVET COLLEGE INVITES TENDERS FOR APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS TO PROVIDE
ELECTRICAL SERVICES TO THE INLAND CAMPUSES
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1EP or 1EB or higher.

Only tenderers who meets pre-qualification requirements:
•Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS)
•Central Supplier Database (CSD) Registration Report
•Company Registration Documents (CIPC)
•Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
•Identity Documents of Directors (valid certified)
•CIDB 1EP/EB or higher
• Letter of good standing/COIDA
•Electrical qualification or trade test certificate
EVALUATION CRITERIA
The evaluation of proposals will follow the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Point System and will be conducted in two stages:
Stage 1- Functionality
Bidders must achieve a minimum of 70% to proceed to price evaluation.
