It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or higher. 6CE Potentially Emerging Enterprises who satisfy
criteria stated in the Tender Data may submit Tender offers.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 6 CEPE or 7 CE
Only tenderers who 6 CEPE or 7 CE are eligible to submit tenders.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,282.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
A non-refundable document payment (cash or bank guaranteed cheque in favour of Free State Provincial Government) will be payable
from Cashiers point, at Lengau testing station, ground floor, C/O Gutsche Street and OR Tambo Road (Church Street), Bloemfontein.
Bid documents may be collected during working hours between 08:00 and 16:00 from Wednesday, 27th September 2023 at 2nd Floor
Perm Building, 45 Charlotte Maxeke, Bloemfontein, Office No 219. Proof of payment will be required. Sealed bid documents in
envelopes, clearly marked with the correct reference number and description must reach Department of Community Safety, Roads and
Transport office before closing date and time; and deposited in the tender box on the ground floor, 45 Charlotte Maxeke Street, Perm
Building, Bloemfontein, 9300.

The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
