GEORGE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF HAYDN, HEATHER AND ROSE STREETS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the tender conditions detailed in the Tender Data and Tender Advert
Only tenderers who comply with the tender conditions detailed in the Tender Data and Tender Advert are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R600.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
A non-refundable deposit of R600.00 per document must be paid at George Municipality of via EFT payment. Tender documents will
be available from 22 April 2024 at the George Municipality, Supply Chain Management Unit, 1st Floor, Civic Centre, 71 York Street,
George. Tenderers are required to arrange for tender documents at least 2 days in advance with the Consultant, Roads and Highways,

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Civil Engineering Services Directorate; Old
Town Hall, 90 York Street, George, 6529 on 25 April 2024 starting at 11h00.
An additional compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at On site on 25 April 2024 starting at
14h15.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
