The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to execute the white boxing of the Pretoria Office located at the Mercedes Benz Building, Fourth Floor. The scope of work includes the complete execution of white boxing works within the Pretoria Office at the Mercedes Benz Building, Fourth Floor. This encompasses all necessary construction, partitioning, and finishing activities required to deliver a ready-to-occupy office space as per the project specifications.
