Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of delivering a fully managed SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) solution for the National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) over a period of five (5) years. The solution aims to enhance network connectivity, security, and management across multiple sites to support NHLS's operational requirements.

Scope

The scope includes the provision, deployment, and management of a comprehensive SD-WAN solution covering over 246 sites. The service provider will be responsible for analyzing the existing infrastructure, designing the SD-WAN architecture, implementing the solution, and providing ongoing management and support throughout the five-year contract period.
