The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to deliver law enforcement back-office administrative support to the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD). The support includes capturing, processing, and managing notices issued under various traffic and criminal legislation, providing comprehensive administrative solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The service aims to enhance law enforcement efficiency, ensure compliance with legislative mandates, and improve the management of traffic infringements, accidents, and related administrative functions.
