Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to render comprehensive landscaping and gardening services at the CIDB Mpumalanga Provincial Office in Nelspruit. The engagement aims to maintain and enhance the aesthetic and functional quality of the office's outdoor spaces over a period of thirty-six (36) months.

Scope

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Provision of landscaping services to design, implement, and maintain outdoor gardens and green spaces.
• Gardening services such as planting, pruning, lawn maintenance, and pest control.
• Regular upkeep to ensure the outdoor areas are tidy, healthy, and visually appealing.
• Adherence to any specific requirements outlined by the CIDB for the duration of the contract.

Technical Requirements

The tenderer must meet the following technical criteria:

• Possess a CIDB contractor grading of 1SH or higher.
• Demonstrate relevant experience in landscaping and gardening services.
• Provide evidence of capacity to deliver services over the 36-month period.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations related to landscaping and gardening.
• Submit all required documentation as specified in the tender documentation.

Skills Requirements

The successful service provider should possess the following skills:

• Expertise in horticulture, landscaping design, and garden maintenance.
• Ability to plan and execute landscaping projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of pest and disease management in plants.
• Good project management and organizational skills to ensure timely service delivery.
