REPAIRS & RENOVATIONS OF CLUSTER TWELVE TO SIXTEEN SCHOOLS IN VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL DISTRICTS IN
KWAZULU NATAL DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7GB or higher.

years, a minimum of one building project and of the value greater than R9 million:

The tenderer must submit the following documents for each completed project:
Letter of Appointment on the client’s letterhead, signed, showing appointment value and
Completion Certificate or Completion Letter of same project dated and signed by the client are eligible to submit tenders.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Riverside Hotel, 10 Kenneth Kaunda Rd,
Athlone, Durban North, 4051 on 29 September 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 16h00 on Thursday, October 19, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
