MTUBATUBA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DUKUDUKU SPORTSFIELD (MTU01/2023/24)
AND CONSTRCUTION OF MTUBATUBA SPORTS COMPLEX (MTU02/2023/24)
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or higher. 6CE Potentially Emerging Enterprises who satisfy
criteria stated in the Tender Data may submit Tender offers.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Qualified and Experienced in Construction
Only tenderers who Bidders must score atleast 75% for Quality to qualify for further evaluation for MTU01/2023/24 and must have a
CIDB grading of 5CE or Higher and Bidders must score atleast 70% for quality for further evaluation for MTU02/2023/24 and have a
CIDB grading of 7CE or Higher are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R906.31 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Tender documents will be available as from Tuesday 19 September 2023 for MTU01/2023/24 and Friday 22 September 2023 for
MTU02/2023/24 at Mtubatuba Local Municipality Offices

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Mtubatuba Municipal Council Chambers on 27
September 2023 starting at 10h00.
An additional compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Mtubatuba Municipal Chambers on
27 September 2023 starting at 12h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, October 16, 2023.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
