The primary objective of this tender is to appoint qualified service providers responsible for the supply, delivery, and off-loading of a wide range of materials and equipment. These include stationery, filing materials, bond paper, project boards and files, electrical components (accessories), plumbing items (accessories), cleaning and hardware materials, road and field marking paint, and thinners. The appointment aims to ensure the availability of these materials on an as-and-when-required basis from the date of award until 30 June 2029, supporting the operational needs of the City of Ekurhuleni.
The scope encompasses the procurement and delivery of various categories of materials and equipment as specified in the tender documentation. This includes:
