Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified contractor to carry out interior painting works at Kopanelo, as part of the ASB Potch project. The aim is to ensure high-quality interior finishes that meet the specified standards and requirements of the Department of Defence.

Scope

The scope of work includes the interior painting of designated areas within Kopanelo. The tender covers all necessary preparatory work, painting, and finishing as specified in the tender documentation. The work must be completed in accordance with the project specifications and within the stipulated timeframe.

Technical Requirements

• The contractor must have a cidb contractor grading of 1GB or higher.
• Preference will be given to tenderers who are military veterans and CIBD credited.
• All work must adhere to the standards and specifications outlined in the tender documents.
• Participation in the compulsory clarification meeting is mandatory.
• Tenders must be submitted only on the issued tender documentation.

• Proven experience in interior painting projects of similar scope and scale.
