The primary objective of this tender is to gather detailed information on services that support secure data destruction of storage media in compliance with ISO/IEC 27040. The organisation aims to understand the capabilities, processes, controls, and assurances provided by service providers to ensure that data stored on storage media is irreversibly destroyed when no longer needed, decommissioned, or reaching end-of-life. This is to prevent unauthorised recovery or disclosure of sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
