GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Casidra requires the services of a travel agent to assist with local and international travel arrangements.
BACKGROUND:
Casidra provides project management services to the Western Cape Department of Agriculture and occasionally travel is required for various projects managed by Casidra. The type of travel includes both domestic and international. The number of travelers could range between 1 and 20.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS:
Sealed tenders, endorsed as indicated in the bid document, must reach Casidra SOC Ltd at their Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl, placed in the bid box available at Reception.

Documents must be bound as Casidra will not take responsibility for any information that is lost due to unbound submissions of tenders. All responses must conform to instructions. Failure to provide the relevant information, signatures or any other requirements of this bid will be considered appropriate cause for rejection of the response and will result in instant disqualification.
