The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and accredited service provider to renew support and maintenance services for the existing Cloud Disaster Recovery (DRaaS) and Managed Backup Services, including licenses, for a period of 24 months. The procurement aims to ensure continued operation, support, and enhancement of the current disaster recovery environment without implementing a new system.
