Evaluation Criteria: Bids will be evaluated and adjudicated according to the following criteria: • Relevant specifications and technical proposals, • Value for money, • Capability to execute the contract, • Midvaal SCM Policy, Preferential Procurement Policy and any other relevant legislations • As well as any supporting documents where required and local content (if applicable) • Supporting documents where required • Details of the specific goals’ allocation are demonstrated in the bid document
Briefing Session: A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Midvaal Local Municipality, Meyerton Town Hall on 28 May 2026 starting at 14h00.

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to undertake the rehabilitation of roads with stormwater drainage structures within Midvaal Local Municipality. The contract is to be executed on an “as and when required” basis, from the date of appointment until 30 June 2029.
