SIYANCUMA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR CAMPBELL BULK WATER AUGMENTATION
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 7CE
Only tenderers who I.CIDB contractor grading designation of 7CE or higher.
II.Bank rating of Class C or better. The bank rating should, be based on the tender amount or any amount within the grade 7 CIDB
classification (R 20 Million to R 60 Million), should refer to this specific tender, be printed on an original bank letterhead with a legible
bank stamp and signed by an authorised, traceable representative from the bank.
III.The tenderer must have successfully completed or is currently successfully executing at least three (3) civil (water and/or sewer
reticulation) construction projects for local government, government, or organs of state within the last 10 years of which:
a)At least one (1) project must be for the construction of Municipal Bulk Water Infrastructure with a minimum construction value of R
20,000,000.00 (Incl. VAT).
b)All Projects must have construction values of R 10,500,000.00 (Incl. VAT) or higher to be considered.
c)Project completion certificates and/or reference letters (especially for current projects) from qualified entities as listed above must be
provided as proof of experience. All completion certificates and reference letters should be signed by authorised and traceable
representatives of the qualified entities.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,500.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Siyancuma Local Municipality Campbell on 26
January 2024 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, February 19, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
