Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a qualified service provider to safely pump out and thoroughly clean a contaminated fuel storage tank. The scope covers the complete extraction and decontamination of a fuel storage tank containing contaminated fuel. Technical Requirements

• Contractor Classification: Tenderers must possess a minimum CIDB contractor grading of 1ME. Alternatively, 0ME Potentially Emerging Enterprises may submit offers if they satisfy the specific eligibility criteria detailed in the tender data.
• Registration & Preference Points: Preference scoring will be allocated to contractors who are fully registered in both the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and as CIDB Registered Constructors.
• Submission Protocols: Strict adherence to the closing time is enforced; late tenders will be rejected. All bids must comply with the prescribed methods for sealing, addressing, delivery, and subsequent opening and assessment as outlined in the tender documentation.
• Mandatory Clarification Session: Attendance at a compulsory clarification meeting is required to address technical queries and align expectations prior to submission.

• Operational Execution: Ability to mobilize specialized equipment, deploy certified personnel, implement risk mitigation strategies, and deliver results within agreed timelines while maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards.
