It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the CDC’s Procurement Policy & Procedures shall apply.
Only tenderers who comply with 80/20 or 90/10 preference points system, where points of 80.00 / 90.00 is for Price and points of 20.00
/ 10.00 is for Specific Goals are eligible to submit tenders.

RFP
Document will be available or issued at the Briefing Meeting to any Bidder.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Coega BPO Auditorium, Zone 4, MR435,
Gqeberha on 18 March 2024 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
