COEGA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION PTY LTD PORT ELIZABETH INVITES TENDERS FOR COFFEE BAY SAPS: CONDITION
BASED MAINTENANCE ON BUILDING, CIVIL, STRUCTURAL AND ELECTRICAL ELEMENTS OF THE POLICE STATION
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 6GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the CDC’s Procurement Policy and Procedures
Only tenderers who comply with the 80/20 preference point system, as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022.
The following scores will be applied:
(i) Price - 80
(ii) Specific Goals (B-BBEE Status level of Contribution) - 20 are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R500.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Documents may be collected during working hours from CDC’s East London Office, Ground Floor. The tender fee must be deposited or
payable by means of electronic transfers to Account Name: CDC – DPW;

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Coffee Bay SAPS, Maphuzi AA Nenga
Location, Coffee bay on 28 November 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, December 11, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
