COEGA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION PTY LTD PORT ELIZABETH INVITES TENDERS FOR CONDITION-BASED
MAINTENANCE ON BUILDING, CIVIL, STRUCTURAL AND ELECTRICAL ELEMENTS OF THE POLICE STATION AT COFFEE BAY.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 5GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who have the 80/20 preference point system, as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations,
2022.
Only tenderers who have a CIDB Contractor Grading designation of 6GB or higher. Emerging contractors with a CIDB Contractor
grading designation of 5GB PE are not eligible to make submissions/ to be considered. are eligible to submit tenders.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R500.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
A non-refundable fee per document must be deposited or payable by means of electronic transfers to Account Name: CDC – DPW;

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Coffee Bay SAPS, Maphuzi AA Nenga
Location, Coffee bay on 07 July 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, July 24, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
