EKHOMBE HOSPITAL: COMPLETION CONTRACT: NEW STAFF ACCOMMODATION, RENOVATIONS AND UPGRADE TO
EXISTING STAFF ACCOMMODATION, NKANDLA
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 90/10
Only tenderers who Bidders must be registered on Central Supplier Database. contract period of 18 calendar months. Due to the
document being too big for E-tender portal upload, Bidders will only be able to purchase hard copy of the bid document, at nonrefundable fee in the amount of R610.00, must be made collection thereof as per the banking details indicated below. Proof of payment
must be produced upon collection of the bid document. No document will be downloaded via E-Tender portal nor Departmental website.
Bidders will be provided with a memory stick with BOQ which must be completed and returned with their bid document at time of close
of bid. Sale of document is from 15 December 2025 to 23 December 2025 before 15:00. Document will only be available for collection
from 15 December 2025 to 23 December 2025, and again 05 January 2026 to 12 January 2026. Operating hours for collection of
tender document is from 09 am to 15pm. Bidders must be factor in the amount of 0.5% of project value for Contract Skills Development
Goals ( CSDG) as per Government gazette no.48491 of volume 694 when submitting their bid offers, in line with BUILD programme
are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R610.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Ekhombe Hospital on 14 January 2026 starting
at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
