3. Original or certified copy of the original letter from the Ward Councillor as proof of residence. (10 points)
The bid document can be downloaded from e- Tender portal only at no cost, However should any bidder require a printed/hardcopy of
the bid document, a non refundable of R 330.00 must be made for collection thereof as per the banking details indicated below. Proof of
payment must be produced upon collection of the bid document. Sale of document will be from 29 June 2026 to 08 July 2026 before
3PM. Section 1 is returnable to be submitted completely with the flash drive which will include the excel priced bill of quantities at tender
closing.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Mbongolwane Hospital on 10 July 2026
starting at 15h30.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Monday, August 3, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
