It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 80/20
Only tenderers who Bidders must be registered on Central Supplier Database. contract period of 08 months. The specific goals for this
Projects are: Ownership by black people Documentary proof required:
AN EME or QSE WHICH IS AT LEAST 51% or more owned by black people: Documentary proof in the form of an original or certified of
a sworn affidavit dated and signed by Commissioner of oath to support ownership by Black people for the claiming of preference points
must be submitted.
Promotion of Enterprise located in a specific Region work to be done or services to be rendered.
Enterprise/ Builder located within (i) King Cetshwayo District, (ii) UMkhanyakude District (iii) Zululand District Office, KwaZulu Natal
1. Proof of Municipal account depicting Physical address of the business or
2. Lease Agreement
3. Original or certified copy of the original letter from the Ward Councillor
are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R330.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at L.A. Chamber, Ulundi on 31 August 2023
starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
