Technical Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 5GB or higher.
• Mandatory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Submission of an original EME or QSE sworn affidavit, signed and dated by a Commissioner of Oaths, if claiming preference points.
