SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY LIMITED INVITES TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND
TRAINING OF COMMUNITIES AND SMME CONTRACTORS IN KAGUNG FOR PEDESTRIAN FACILITIES AND SERVICE ROADS
TO CONSOLIDATE THE ACCESS TO THE N14 SECTION 8 BETWEEN KM 12.91 AND KM 14.25. THIS PROJECT IS IN THE
PROVINCE OF NORTHEN CAPE AND IN THE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY OF JOHN TAOLO GAETSEWE AND IN THE GASEGONYANA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY. THE APPROXIMATE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT IS 16 MONTHS, INCLUDING 3
MONTHS FOR THE MOBILISATION PERIOD.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7 CE or higher, however Tenderers’ attention
is drawn to the Tender Data, clause C.2.1 (a) when submitting their tender.
Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the closing date for tender submissions as
per Tender Data, clause C.2.1 (c) are eligible to tender. are eligible to submit tenders.

Tenderers must have access to Microsoft Office © 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0, or similar compatible software.
Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 – Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender, prior to Friday, 05 April
2024. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the Tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may
result in the Tenderer being non-responsive.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Kagung Community Hall, near Kagung village
in Kuruman on 11 April 2024 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, May 10, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
