The project aims to optimise vineyard microclimate management while ensuring compliant, efficient, and sustainable on-site wastewater processing.

Scope

The scope covers the end-to-end delivery of the specified infrastructure at the designated winery site in Stanford. This includes all civil, structural, and mechanical works necessary to install the shade net framework and integrate the containerised treatment unit. Contractors must execute the project in strict accordance with the official tender documentation and comply with prescribed protocols for document preparation, sealing, delivery, submission timing, and evaluation procedures.

Technical Requirements

• Contractor Classification: Minimum CIDB contractor grading of 3CE or 3GB (or higher).
• Documentation Compliance: Tenders must be prepared and submitted exclusively using the official tender documentation issued by the employer.
• Submission Rules: Strict adherence to mandated sealing, addressing, and delivery methods. Late submissions and emailed tenders will be automatically disqualified.
• Mandatory Engagement: Attendance at a compulsory clarification meeting is required to align bidders with site-specific conditions, technical specifications, and contractual expectations.
