Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to invite qualified contractors to undertake the construction of civil engineering services for the Ebenezer Phase 4b – Portion 3 project. The aim is to deliver quality infrastructure development in accordance with specified standards and requirements.

Scope

The scope of work includes the construction of civil engineering services for the Ebenezer Phase 4b – Portion 3 project. This encompasses all necessary civil works as detailed in the tender documents, adhering to project specifications and standards set by the Bitou Municipality.

Technical Requirements

• Registration with the CIDB at a level of 7 CE or higher.
• Provision of relevant experience, key personnel experience, and demonstrated functionality.
• Availability of plant and equipment suitable for civil engineering construction.
• Participation in a site meeting scheduled for 27 May 2026 at 10H00 at the Planning Boardroom, Melville’s Corner, Plettenberg Bay.
• Compliance with all technical standards and project specifications as outlined in the tender documents.
