UNIVERSITY OF VENDA INVITES TENDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED WALKWAYS AND RAMPS IN PHASE 2
AT THE UNIVERSITY OF VENDA, THOHOYANDOU, LIMPOPO PROVINCE
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7CE or 7GB or higher.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,150.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The steps below should be followed for LOGIN OR REGISTER on the PURCO SA website:
1.Navigate to https://purcosa.co.za
2.Click on the ‘Login or Register’ button and select the appropriate option
3.Not registered on the website?
oClick ‘Register here’
oComplete the form and click ‘Create new account’
oWait for the Account details email from PURCO SA. Check your spam filter if necessary.
oClick on the link in the email to login to the PURCO SA website and add a password.
The steps below should be followed to purchase the tender document on the PURCO SA website:
1.Under the Supplier Hub menu click on ‘Open Tenders’
2.Select the tender and click on ‘View’
3.Click on the ‘Buy now’ button
oYou will be redirected to our payment gateway (Payfast) to make payment.
oIf you encounter problems on the Payfast pages go to www.payfast.co.za/contact for help.
oWhen your payment has been processed you will be automatically redirected back the PURCO SA Checkout page where you will find
your purchased tender document/s

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at University of Venda Thohoyandou Main
Campus on 22 May 2025 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 16h45 on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
