KWADUKUZA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DIKIWE STORMWATER IN WARD 9
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are EME's which are at least 51% owned by black people.
Only tenderers who reside within the Jurisdiction of KwaDukuza will be considered. Proof of address by way of Municipal Utility bill or a
Proof of Address by the Ward Councillor (Special KDM Format) or an Affidavit from the Landlord to confirm Locality must be provided
with your bid.
In terms of Paragraph 18(j) of KwaDukuza’s SCM Policy, Only those service providers who are registered with a CIDB Grading of 1 and
2
are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R28.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The physical address for payment of the documents is: Municipal Finance Directorate, General Justice Mpanza Building, 104 Mahatma
Gandhi Street, KwaDukuza. Documents are sold at R28.00 (vat inclusive)(Cash or EFT only).
Documents are available for collection from the Procurement Office, 2 Industria Crescent, KwaDukuza.
