SWELLENDAM LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR SMT47/24/25_CONSTRUCTION OF INSPECTION MANHOLES
ON EXISTING SEWER HOUSE CONNECTIONS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who It is estimated that bidders should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 1CE or
higher.
Only tenderers who obtain a minimum functionality score of 70%
It is estimated that bidders should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 1CE or higher
Bidders are required to attend the compulsory site clarification meeting (Bidders are required to register 24 hours before the time of the
compulsory site inspection meeting. The registration forms must be obtained from Mr K Julies via email at [email protected].
Please note that proper form of identification is required for attendance at the site clarification meeting) are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R690.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Fort Haven Hall, Heide Avenue, Barrydale on
09 May 2025 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, May 16, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
