UNIVERSITY OF KWAZULU NATAL INVITES TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE TUTORIAL CENTRE
LOCATED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF KWAZULU-NATAL (UKZN), PIETERMARITZBURG CAMPUS.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 8GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Have a CIDB grading of 8GB or Higher.
Only tenderers who Have a CIDB grading of 8GB or Higher are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,000.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.

The compulsory bid returnables will be set out in the bid document.
Bid documents (available in English only) are obtainable from Monday, 15th April 2024 to Monday 22nd April 2024, at 15H30 by
request to [email protected], with a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of R1000 PER DOCUMENT, into the following bank

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Golf Road, next to Law Building, 75th Avenue,
UKZN, Pietermaritzburg Campus on 23 April 2024 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Friday, May 3, 2024.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
