THE MVULA TRUST INVITES TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITATION FACILITIES AT SCHOOLS IN EASTERN CAPE
PROVINCE UNDER THE SAFE INITIATIVE
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 6GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 6 GB or Higher
Only tenderers who Only those tenderers who are registered with the CIDB, or are capable of being so prior
to the evaluation of submissions, in a contractor grading designation equal to 6 GB or
higher a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum
tendered, or a value determined in accordance with Regulation 25 (1B) or 25(7A) of the
Construction Industry Development Regulations, for a GB class of construction work,
are eligible to have their tenders evaluated. Please note that the tenderer CIDB
registration should be valid on the day of evaluation as well as on the day
of award.
Joint ventures will not be considered. are eligible to submit tenders.
Tender documents will be available on National Treasury e-tender portal for downloading and self-printing
from 08:00am on Monday, 27 February 2024.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at MLUNGISI PUBLIC SCHOOL at GPS location
(Latitude -32,56259 Longitude 27,44923). on 05 March 2024 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Tuesday, March 12, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
