CITY OF CAPE TOWN METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR IT IS ESTIMATED THAT TENDERERS SHOULD
HAVE A CIDB CONTRACTOR GRADING OF 8 GB OR HIGHER.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 8GB or higher.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R500.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Documents may be collected during working hours between 08:30 – 15:00 from 30 January 2026.
A non-refundable tender fee of R500.00 payable by cash or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in favour of the City
of Cape Town, is required on collection of the tender documents

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at 38 Lower Gordon’s Bay Road, Strand, 7140 on
16 February 2026 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 10h00 on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
