Objectives

• Contractor Classification: Bidders must possess a minimum CIDB contractor grading of 4CE or higher.
• Proven Track Record: Submission of verifiable proof demonstrating three (3) successfully completed similar civil engineering projects within the preceding ten (10) years.
• Resource Capacity: Evidence of reliable access to all necessary plant, machinery, equipment, and operational resources to execute the works without delay.
• Planning Documentation: Inclusion of a preliminary construction programme and a comprehensive method statement with the tender submission.
• Submission Protocols: Strict compliance with prescribed sealing, addressing, and physical delivery procedures. Late or electronically submitted tenders will be disqualified. A non-refundable tender deposit is mandatory upon collection of the official documents.
