KOU-KAMMA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WOODLANDS MPCC
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 6GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who HAVE CIDB GRADING OF 6GB OR HIGHER AND REGISTERED WITH NHBRC
Only tenderers who 1. Experience in Projects
Must have completed one or more projects (4 maximum) in the Construction of Buildings with a combined project value of R18 Million
and above.
2. Key Personnel
- Project Manager/ Construction Manager must have NQF Level 6 or Higher in-Built Environment, minimum 10 years’ relevant
experience with relevant professional registration.
- Site Agent must have NQF Level 6 or Higher in Built Environment with 5 years’ experience with relevant professional registration.
- Health and Safety Officer must have a Relevant Post-Matric Qualification plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience plus registration with
Pr CHSO.
- Site Forman must have Matric with 10 years’ relevant experience.
3. Plant & Equipment
- TLB, Excavator, Roller, 6-10 Ton Truck, Water Tank, LDV Bakkie. The bidder may own or lease the plant & equipment.
Bidders must submit all supporting documentation necessary to meet specific minimum requirements as stipulated in detail in the
bidding document and only bidders who meet the specific minimum requirements will be considered responsive and be evaluated
further based on Price and Municipal Specific Goals are eligible to submit tenders.
