MSUNDUZI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION, UPGRADE AND COMMISSIONING OF PINE
STREET PRIMARY SUB-STATION
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7EP or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Only Tenderers who have a minimum CIDB Grading of 7 EP or higher will be considered for
appointment.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,380.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Printed copies of the tender documents shall also be available from the Supply Chain Management Unit Offices, 5th Floor, A S Chetty
Centre, 333 Church Street, Pietermaritzburg, 3201, as from the abovementioned date and time, at a non-refundable tender deposit fee
of R1 380.00 (including VAT) for each document drawn. Only cash or EFT payments will be accepted.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Electricity Department’s Boardroom, 111
Havelock Road, Pietermaritzburg on 21 August 2026 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
