CANTRACTORS ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT A QUOTAION ON THE DAY OF THE BRIEFING SESSION INDICATING THE
FOLLOWING
1. LABOR RATE PER HOUR (SKILLED AND UNSKILLED LABOR)
2. CALL OUT FEE
3. FUEL RATE PER KILOMETER
4. MARK-UP PERCENTAGE ON MATERIAL
CONTRACTORS MUST ALSO PROVIDE A CSD PRINTOUT AND CIDB CERTIFICATE.
CONTRACTORS TO REPORT AN HOUR BEFORE THE OFFICIAL MEETING START FOR ADMINISTRATION PURPOSE.
