The primary objective of this tender is to invite qualified contractors to provide day-to-day emergency repair services within the Pongola region (Kwa-Zulu Natal). The focus is on ensuring rapid response and repair capabilities for emergency work at military bases, including work during and outside normal working hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Contractors are required to attend a compulsory site briefing at Pongola Ops Base on 18 March 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tenders must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 25 March 2026, with no late or emailed submissions accepted. Tender submissions must be on the issued documentation, and all requirements for sealing, addressing, and opening are specified in the Tender Data.
