NATIONAL DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS DURBAN INVITES TENDERS FOR REPAIR FUNCTIONING OF THE SEWER
PLANT AND THREE (3) MONTHS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 2ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are 2 ME or Higher
Only tenderers who (a) Submit one (1) x Superintendent or Supervisor as Class V registered with regulation 3630 from Dept. of Water
Affairs & Sanitation. Superintendent or Supervisor must have any of the following minimum qualifications: Copies of Diploma / Degree
in Chemistry or Water Care / Water Science or Environmental Science or Chemical Engineering. Submission of CV of Superintendent
or Supervisor.
(b) submit three (3) x Process Controllers registered as Class III with regulation 3630 from Dept. of Water & Sanitation. Submission of
CV's of Process Controllers.
(c) Submit one (1) x Millwright or one (1) Fitter or one (1) Fitter & Turner with Trade Test Certificate from a recognised institution.
(d) Submit past experience, projects with value from R225 000,00 and above required from previous clients including contact details
and a brief overview of the services provided, proof of past experience and successful completion of similar projects related to
Operation and Maintenance of Waste Water Treatment must be submitted in the form of a Letter of Award and a Completion Certificate.
