Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a consortium of multi-disciplinary professional consultants to provide comprehensive professional services for the design and construction of the HVAC system renewal at Northdale Hospital. This includes ensuring the upgrade and renewal of the hospital's HVAC system to meet current standards and requirements.

Scope

The scope of work involves:

• Design and planning of the HVAC system renewal at Northdale Hospital.
• Construction and implementation of the HVAC system upgrade.
• Provision of professional consultancy services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders and compliance with applicable standards.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of a multi-disciplinary team of professional consultants with relevant expertise.
• Adherence to the CIDB grading requirement of at least Grade 6.
• Compliance with the Department of Public Works and CIDB standards and regulations.
• Participation in the compulsory tender briefing and site inspection meetings.
• Submission of signed and stamped site inspection certificates as proof of attendance.

Skills Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Registered professionals within relevant councils (e.g., engineering, architecture, etc.).
• Experience in HVAC system design and renewal projects, preferably within healthcare facilities.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
• Knowledge of CIDB build program requirements and project management standards.
