DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS KWA-ZULU NATAL LADYSMITH INVITES TENDERS FOR UPGRADE OF SEWER
TREATMENT PLANT
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 5CE or higher.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R380.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The bid document can be downloaded from the E-tender Portal at no cost. Bidders who wish to collect a hard copy of the bid document
can do so at a non-refundable cost of R 380.00 The hard copy can then be collected from Department of Public Works, 40 Shepstone
Road, Ladysmith, during working hours 09h00 am to 15h00 pm. Proof of payment must be produced upon collection of the bid. NO
EFT payments will be accepted.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Driefontein Clinic. GPS 28°20'41.1"S
29°42'10.7"E on 18 June 2025 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
