Only tenderers who An authorised representative of the tendering entity or a representative of a tendering entity that intends to form a
Joint Venture (JV) must attend the compulsory clarification meeting in terms C2.7 are eligible to submit tenders.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Transnet National Ports Authority, Port of
Richards Bay Pioneer Centre, on 24 July 2023 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 16h00 on Monday, November 20, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
