UNIVERSITY OF KWAZULU NATAL INVITES TENDERS FOR EDGEWOOD CAMPUS ELLEN KUZWAYO BUILDING. REAR PROPOSED PARKING, BACKFILL OF THE OPEN TRENCHES.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 2CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who have 2-3CE grading only !
Only tenderers who have 2-3 CE grading only ! are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R100.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The compulsory bid returnables will be set out in the bid document.
Bid documents (available in English only) are obtainable from 25 January 2024 until 30 January 2024 at 15H30 online by sending proof
of payment of a non-refundable fee of R100 PER DOCUMENT to Nomfundo Zaca on email [email protected] Payments to be made
into the following bank account:

No bid documents will be issued outside the timeframes indicated.

The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any bid. If you are not
contacted within 60 working days after the closing date of the tender, consider your tender unsuccessful.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at UKZN Edgewood Campus - Ellen Kuzwayo
Building Main Entrance on 31 January 2024 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
