EXTERIOR AND REPAIRS OF CRACKS
PLEASE NOTE:
1.TENDERERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CIDB GRADING OF 1GB OR HIGHER (GRADE 1GB: BUILDING WORKS).
2.TENDERERS MUST BE COMPLIANT AND REGISTERED ON THE WESTERN CAPE SUPPLIER EVIDENCE BANK, CSD AND
(EPS).
3.PRICES MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY ON EPS.
4.TENDERERS MUST BE REPRESENTED BY ONE EMPLOYER/MEMBER (TO ACCOMMODATE INTERESTED TENDERERS) AT
THE “COMPULSORY SITE MEETING” ON THE DATE AND TIME STIPULATED.
5.TENDERERS NOT PRESENT AT THE SITE MEETING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TENDER.
6.TENDERERS MUST PRINT OUT THE ATTACHED TENDER DOCUMENT AND BOQ (PRICE SCHEDULES) AND BRING IT TO
THE SITE MEETING.
7.TENDERERS TO HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICE AND WORKSHOP WITHIN THE WESTERN CAPE.
8.TENDERERS WHO ARRIVE LATE AT THE COMPULSORY SITE MEETING WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
9.EPS COMMODITY: 1GB OR HIGHER.

Engineering, Boiler house Training Centre,C/o Frans Conradie Dr and Mike Pienaar Blvd., Bellville, 7530 on 25 October 2024 starting
at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Monday, November 11, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
